  Put the emphasis on “Pros”. Been a long time customer of this family ran business. The owners are hands-on and go the extra length to make sure the cars are repaired correctly. They can handle just about any make or model. Check out the high dollar cars they are working on and you’ll see that most jobs are easy for them. They work with the insurance company and fight on your behalf to make sure your car is repaired with the best quality parts, not simply bolt on cheap knock off parts.

Nice to see that there are still honest businesses out there that look out for the customer.

  I crashed my car into a pole and got an ugly dent on my front right bumper. I took my car here and it came home looking brand new! The color was perfect too, I was shocked! They did such a great job and were so friendly. I am very thankful, def recommend.

  I broke my toy. I’ve heard so much about This shop over the years I know for a fact when I need their service again there’s no question are use them again. My 2020 Corvette was struck by a deer and it mangled the front bumper. I put a call in to the shop and schedule the appointment. Parts availability really slowed the progress updates were given as the required things and the repairs moved along. Fast forward to delivery day And to my astonishment I didn’t have to ask for any adjustments they gone over every single inch of the front of his car and I tell you GM could learn a thing or two about bodygaps from these guys. Fit and finish was far above what my expectations were the color match was completely on point. Their reputation for quality work it’s not a joke it is absolutely the truth. Their reputation doesn’t even come close to how good they are. I attempted to pack yelp to give them 10 stars but unfortunately my computer skills were as good as the deers road crossing skills. Thank you Euro Pros team I hope I never have to see you again but if I do I’ll be happy I know.

  These guys did a great job on my car. It was a complicated fix and required some technical expertise on a Porsche. If you have damaged high end car this is the spot in DC metro to have it repaired.

Great customer service ……..

  The passenger door handle on my 2011 Porsche Cayenne snapped off during a sub-20 degree weather day. I called Euro Pros and they welcomed for me to take my car to their shop to give me an estimate on the potential repair cost without an appointment. Upon arrival to the shop, they looked at my car and they were able to reassemble the door handle into my car in about 30 minutes. To my surprise, they did not charge me and asked to be kept in mind for any future work my car my require. This is an honest, hard working, customer friendly shop that I highly recommend.

  This is the second time i have brought my car to Europros and I’m happy with their service both in how my car was fixed and the communication i have had with them. This time around Tom was in charge of getting my car back to normal. He kept constant communication and clearly explained any hiccups during the process. I’m very picky with people who work on my car but deff trust the work these guys do.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Euro Pros. My Porsche Cayenne sustained a severe damage from animal collision. I was worried my car would never be the same but after repairs with Euro pros, my car came back looking even better than pre-accident. They were very detailed-oriented and extremely professional.   Phenomenal service, phenomenal team, and an extremely satisfied customer! Being in the business myself, I have certain expectations but also come from a side of understanding (if needed). I am truly blown away by this team! Think of Euro Pro’s as a top-notch, Fortune 500 Company in terms of service, but small town, “everyone is a neighbor” feel when it comes to relations. Everyone you interact with is sweet and kind, yet extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. You won’t find a better body shop. Somehow my car came back looking better than new! No hassle, no nonsense, effortless and streamlined communication and flow from start to finish. Don’t look anywhere else…there’s no reason to.   I brought my 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo to Euro Pros after it was heavily damaged during transport from CA to VA. While the insurance company ended up totaling the vehicle, I did want to leave a review on the shop’s excellent customer service. It took the insurance company several weeks to compile estimates and begin the process of settling the claim. Euro Pros was there every step of the way keeping me updated and were super responsive over phone/email whenever I had questions. The shop also went above and beyond to accommodate me during less than ideal circumstances over the holidays. I have always seen Euro Pros as the leader in the DMV and I would not hesitate to bring my next vehicle their way!

  Terrific people and very skilled craftsmen. They know cars and how to make them beautiful again. They take tremendous pride in their work and the final product. For example, they perfectly matched a rare, faded color.

Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of taking several of my Lexus’ to Euros Auto Body Shop for repairs. . From the moment you walk in and until all the work is completed, they remain courteous, professional, and they really pay attention to detail. Honestly, Every visit is truly an outstanding experience from start to finish.

They will take the time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly inspect the damage, and provided a transparent and detailed estimate of the repairs needed. They patiently explained each step of the process, making sure I fully understood what was going to be done before proceeding.

Throughout the repair process, I received updates on the status of my car, which alleviated any worries. My car always looked better than it did before the accident–flawless, with no signs of the previous damage. I wish I had pictures for proof.

The quality of the work is truly top-notch every time. Their technicians are undoubtedly experts in their field, and it’s evident that they take great pride in their craftsmanship. The paint job was seamless, and the attention to detail on even the tiniest aspects of the repair was impressive. They even took the time to call me and address additional dings on the car (not related to the estimate) and asked if I wanted to have them repaired at an extremely fair price, However, I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. They went the extra mile to address any questions I had and made sure I was completely happy with the final result. The end result was to have the car looking showroom good.

Overall, I cannot recommend Euro Pros highly enough. If you’re in need of auto body repairs, this is undoubtedly the place to go. From their friendly and knowledgeable staff to their exceptional workmanship, this shop sets the standard for auto body repair experiences. I’m beyond pleased with the results, and even though I have to drive a 25 extra miles outside of my area, I will undoubtedly return if the need arises in the future. Bravo to this Auto Body Shop for an exemplary job EVERYTIME!

  My car was hit in the parking lot while I was sitting in it in park. This was my very first brand new car that I ever got on my own and I was highly upset that I now was stuck with a wrecked car within months of having just gotten the car. Well, I spoke with Chase from Euro and let me tell you, he’s a saint. I have nothing but great things to say about ALL of the employees that work there not only just Chase, Michele, Tom (I think was his name-if I got it wrong im sorry!) etc they were very patient with me, answered every stupid little question and concern that I had. After I initially spoke with Chase I felt like I could for one trust that my brand new wrecked car was in good hands and for two that I would be getting nothing but the car that I drove out of the Audi Dealership with the day that I bought it. They are OEM Certified and won’t put after market parts on your car, I know some people may not car about that but that was my main concern was that the insurance companies were going to try and tell them that they weren’t going to cover the cost of Audi parts for my vehicle. Well, Chase informed me that since I had a 2021 car that its too new anyways for their to be after market parts anyways but i didn’t know that at the time. Even though it was Covid and I figured it may take awhile for parts to come in etc, it didn’t they had all the parts there within a day or two. Overall, my experience with Euro was great and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I highly recommend using them if you need a body collision shop and want the work done right and done right the first time around. Honestly, the paint job they did looks better now than what it did the day that it left Audi’s parking lot. I’m sad I won’t be working with them anymore bc they really were just such great people to talk too. Not only great people but they also did such an outstanding job.
