“All good things come to those who wait,”Lamentations 3:25, Jack, Derrick, Tom, Brandon and everyone who works at this shop set the standard, & then broke it. I am obsessive with my 987.2 and had a dent in the bumper. There were several other issues with regards to headlight scratches, rear upholstery , radiator grill, headlight motor. When I say that the car is restored to factory, it is. They had my car for 4 month and gave me one of their brand new Lexus rentals to use as much as needed. I am a traveling heath care provider and need reliable transportation. They ensured every concerned was addressed, kept me in constant communication and stayed with the agreed budget. Please, do yourself a favor, if you need body work of any kind, this is the place. They are the absolute best. Courteous, professional, and PORSCHE CERTIFIED! Euro Pros Collision is top rated and will always be my shop for Lexus work. I had damage to my fenders and headlight from a “hit and run” in a parking lot. My vehicle is 10 years old, and it now looks brand new. The repairs and painting were done with the highest quality of workmanship. Communication through Brandon Wagenman kept me informed of the progress. In addition, the owner, Derrick Ford, negotiated several times with my insurance company when the first offered reimbursement amounts would have meant a substandard final product. Derrick and his crew have the experience and skills. They are the best!
Euro Pros did a GREAT job on my Audi. Trust me when I say, I was hesitant at first bc this was my very first brand new car. After I spoke with Chase from Euro and he reassured me that they are OEM certified and they are not allowed to use after market parts (they also don't have after market parts for brand new vehicles anyway-not that I knew that) I honestly felt a lot better. Euro really has nothing but great people working there who were nothing but accomodating to me and didn't get annoyed with me and every single stupid little question I had. Even when I kind of was getting a little impatient they still were not rude to me and understood that I just was eager to get my car back. Even right now during Covid, I already understood it may take a little longer to get parts due to that but in reality it really didn't take any time at all. I highly recommend using them if you want your cars body work done GOOD and done RIGHT the first go around. If you don't care about after market parts etc that's fine but if you do, this is the company to go with. Irregardless, I highly recommend using them. Nothing but great things to say about my experience with this company. I know this is a long review and I never write reviews but I had such a good experience overall with the people working here and the body work they did, it would be wrong to not give them a rave review.
